We are currently looking for an essential profile at Odity: a Junior Brand Ambassador for several brands in the Luxury world.

Our advisors respond to customers' daily requests by bringing a dimension of listening, empathy, proximity and advice. Working within a division dedicated to prestigious Brands, you will be the privileged contact for European customers and will represent the brands during your various missions.

Your mission:

Under the supervision of a Team Leader, you will act as a Brand ambassador in the back office:

  • Build a unique customer experience via various channels (phone, email, chat, social networks);
  • Accompany the customer throughout their purchasing journey ( pre-post sale)
  • Easily track the needs of the brand's customers using CRM tools such as Salesforce;
  • Provide and maintain the same quality of service as that offered by the Brand;


    Profile sought:

  • You are empathetic, dynamic, caring and IT friendly in order to offer the best experience to each customer;
  • You have a developed sense of service enabling you to offer a tailor-made response to your interlocutor;
  • You have experience or an appetite for luxury, fashion or human relations;
  • You have a fluent level of oral and written in French, English and German.
