The FGYO is responsible for the treatment of the personal data you entered in this form. The FGYO and its partners use this data for the treatment of your application as well as for organizational purposes. This data will also be used for the handling of all redemption demands you may address the FGYO and, after anonymization, for statistical analysis. These are essential information for processing your demand, without whose your application will be incomplete and thus invalid. All data will be saved for 5 years following the treatment of your application.
