Photos taken during the event and on which I am pictured may be used and reused by the FGYO as part of its public relations work for publications (e.g. reports, documentations, websites, social media...). *
I agree that my name, the name of my organization, its registered office (location) as well as my e-mail address will be listed on the list of participants in the conference documents for all participants to see. *
Data protection policy

The FGYO is responsible for the treatment of the personal data you entered in this form. The FGYO and its partners use this data for the treatment of your application as well as for organizational purposes. This data will also be used for the handling of all redemption demands you may address the FGYO and, after anonymization, for statistical analysis. These are essential information for processing your demand, without whose your application will be incomplete and thus invalid. All data will be saved for 5 years following the treatment of your application.
