Application for the SEE 2025 network meeting

Description

 

The event, scheduled for 10-13 June 2025 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is aimed at international youth exchange professionals from Germany, France and the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia).

 

Unfortunately, applications from other countries cannot be considered.

 

Information on accommodation and travel expenses

 

The FGYO Covers the costs of the programme, accommodation in double rooms (not mixed) and meals.
 

Transport costs can be covered on request. Depending on the FGYO guidelines and the number of kilometres travelled, participants from France and Germany are subsidised up to €350. Participants from the Western Balkans can receive a grant of up to €160, except for Bosnia where the maximum grant is €20. 
 
Arrivals and departures must be individually arranged by the participants once their application has been accepted. These costs will be reimbursed after the event.

If my organisation participates in this conference, I agree that some of this information may be used for the list of participants and for a fact sheet on my organisation which will be attached to the conference report*.
